Hello, I’m Alphonso Peters, founder of Peters Trading Institute, and a living example of what it means to turn setbacks into success. Born and raised in Gbarnga, Bong County, Liberia, I came to the United States in 2006 with my family with one dream—to build a better future.

From working jobs at Walmart, Wittern Group, Hyvee, CDS Global, Home Depot, Arbor Springs, Mosaic, and Woodward Resource Center to losing thousands in failed business ventures, my journey was filled with lessons. Everything changed in 2011 when I discovered the stock market. I lost my first $2,000 trade due to inexperience—but that loss became my greatest motivation. It drove me to study trading seriously at two of America’s top institutions: Trade Smart University (Stocks) and Market Traders Institute (Forex).

I faced doubt, criticism, and setbacks—but I never quit. Today, I work from the comfort of my home and earn full-time income trading part-time. I’m debt-free, financially secure, living the life I always wanted, and passionate about helping others achieve the same success.
